Hi !
I have a speedtouch 585, Can configure and everything, BUT i can't telnet into it.
I can web into it but can't telnet.
Where do i open it ?
The firewall is off and i can't find any where to configure telnet access.
I need CLI urgent...



Anybody knows ?

How to log into the CLI via Telnet

Only for the Speedtouch routers you need to use 192.168.1.254

Sorry, You didn't get the question.

I know how to telnet, It's not answering to the telnet request though.

Why s that? I have the IP number i can WEB into it. jus tno telnet. How do I open it ?

Whats the modem you are using? Is it a v6 or a v7. The v6 is black and v7 is white.
