Orange Website Updates (Early Warning)
« on: July 06, 2008, 11:37:44 AM »

If you are an Orange Customer and have not received notification:

"From 9pm Monday 7th July to midday Tuesday 8th July, we're going to be making some updates to our website, which means you may experience some problems during this time if you use the Orange email service. For instance, if you use orange.co.uk or a program like Outlook Express to access your email account, then you'll have difficulty viewing your account or sending emails on these days. Don't worry though, it won't affect you receiving any emails, as they'll be stored and available when the system is back up and running. Access to our online member centre will also be affected so you won't be able to view or make changes to your account, either online or on the telephone with our customer service teams. We're sorry if this causes you any problems and we hope to have everything back to normal by midday Tuesday 8th July."

Cant help but wonder what changes to the website will have to do with  pop3?
Surely that should be a different server and shouldn't be affected.

In view that CS cant access changes to accounts either, sounds something much more going on than changes to the website?
