Hi from such limited stats the line looks fine. 
SNRM is at 3dB but Errors are 0, so if the line has been up for a while then all is good.

Have you tried doing a tracert to see if there are any particular hops causing an issue.
You could also try running WinMTR for a short while.

I had the same issues while back bt reset the line yesterday everything’s fine now thx for the advice I’ll try those tests.
