It's easy to tell if the DSL link has been broken.

Since Link time = 1 days 21 hours 45 min 9 sec

From that it appears that your connection drop yesterday was just the WAN session. So you can rule out the modem/DSLAM as the cause of this specific drop.

Thanks!

Is there a way to delete my data on MDWS? I am thinking of putting in the Vigor 130 once my decent RJ45 to RJ11 cable arrives, and I'd like to start monitoring afresh.

I couldn't see anywhere to clear the current stats though. Or should I just leave it as is and make a note of the date and time of the modem switch?

Cheers!

I would.  Then you have a direct before and after comparison.

I've just realised, I don't think that DSLStats supports the Vigor 130?

I think I will just stick with the HG612 and fit a new RJ45 to RJ11 cable and see how I go.

You are correct. I am not aware of any third party monitoring software that would be compatible with the Vigor 130 and MDWS.

I replaced the cheapo RJ11 cable with a twisted pair RJ45 to RJ11 at about 14:48 this afternoon.

No idea if it has made any improvement however!

Will see how it goes.
