DNS Watch dns servers are down right now

Just to say anyone who uses resolver1.dns.watch or resolver2 (84.200.69.80 and 84.200.70.40) will find they are down right now. The DNS Watch website is up though and there does not seem to be any information anywhere as to why this is the case.
