Silent gif audio illusion

Apparently, many people hear a sound from this gif, yet no sound exists.

I like to think I can experience most illusions, but I do not ‘hear’ anything unexpected.   Absolutely zero, on iPad, PC, and even on TV. ???

Anybody else?
