Well Kitz it does seem to have calmed down getting close to a modem up time of 48 hours probably tempting fate by posting this message, and have zero clues as to where the source of shine came from.

  tempted fate it's almost like someone on the Kitz forum has a direct link to my modem to cause a resync

Contacted ISP on Friday after a xDSL outage that lasted 2 hours they did the normal tests they ask you to perform then they contacted Openreach this showed up as a widespread event reason repair work that is all the info that was given to me, last resync occurred on Friday 13:10 xDSL online again.
