i don't agree with you. in bridge mode, connected mean that the modem is at least connected to internet, by dsl cable, ethernet cable, 3g/4g. if you are not conencted to internet then you don't bridge anything...

@shdf ...

Where does the information "Firmware: 1.1.0" in the gateway tile come from? I can't relate to that.

uci get versioncusto.override.fwversion_override

in gateway.lp : proxy.get("uci.versioncusto.override.fwversion_override")

What you want to get AGTHP_1.1.0 is : env.var.friendly_sw_version_activebank so just replace with :
proxy.get("uci.env.var.friendly_sw_version_activebank")

Thank you for your helpful answer!

Forgotten to ask I still had what files are needed for the change (I don't use your tarball, because I don't need the setup wizard at all, for example)?

Technically speaking, in bridge mode, two interfaces (ethernet and DSL) are linked together and the job of connecting in internet is demanded to another device (a firewall, a router, a PPPoe client) plugged in the ethernet port.
Infact is the other device that is "connected" to internet, not the bridge itself.

I agree with you on the word "connected" regarding bridge mode is not the right choice. In my GUI I only put the green light without the word connected near the word bridge mode. Maybe the best word is "activated"

Hi,

I have made this:

1) With autoflashgui, flash the firmware 1.1.0

2) with autoflashgui, flash the firmware 1.0.3, configure it like in my screenshot below, don't forget to tick "dga4132 1.0.3 root inactive" :

-->the modem donīt reboot automaticly. :(
The modem makes nothing.

I canīt use the gui (login fail), I canīt use WinSCP/Putty.

@shdf...

Can you help me please?

Thank you

i don't know this problem as there is no reason to have this problem...especially when flashing the firmware 1.1.0_002 over 1.1.0 which is basicaly the same...
what gui where you using before ? was it the Ansuel GUI ? did you install the Ansuel GUI once ?

I had the firmware 1.1.0_002 on bank 2 and  1.03 on bank 1. It was  the TIM GUI according to your  instructions  (not from Ansuel).

@onix20 ...

Try the TFTP method as already suggested! I'm pretty sure this will help you. And as already suggested by shdf it would be better to look for further help in the Italian forum.

SHDF, in your 1st post on this thread you have

Quote
Support:
Quote
- G.vector
- G.inp
- G.fast
- Profile 17a and 35b

Does either the DGA4130/DGA4132 support G.Fast?

I know the BCM63138 chipset can do G.Fast, but not all BCM63138 based modems do.
