Using OpenDNS with Sky Router
« on: May 05, 2008, 09:15:13 PM »

A useful guide about how to get OpenDNS running on a Sky Branded router without have to reflash it. Works with all of their Netgear routers. OpenDNS is a better DNS server the sky's and make browsing the internet faster. For more information check out their homepage:

Hi and welcome. I've taken the liberty of editing your links so that they work. :)

I just recently discovered that openDNS offers a filtering option to keep the kids safe from dodgey sites, it works via your IP address and you configure what you want blocked for that IP address.
