This firmware (v130_3812_modem_8.all) uses modem code 579f17 which is an alternative modem code.
The recommended firmware is the Firmware 3.8.1.2BT (Modem code 576D17) and is suitable for all UK & Ireland connections.
Modem code 579f17 is a later firmware version and is provided as an alternative firmware which can be used if desired."The older modem code 576D17 dates back to at least 2015 from what I could see, so it may be worth giving it a try if you own a Vigor 130.
I have been using mine with BT TV (BT YouView), it set VPI/VCI to 0/38 by default which you will need to modify to 0/101 as per:
