20+ Disconnects today

I have 20+ disconnects today for some reason, any ideas?

Though bad as it seems you had worse on the 22nd of August with 93 disconnects due to thunder storms that lasted 5-6 hours

You have been very composed I think you need to be awarded the Broadband Medal of Honor for putting up with your very sensitive Broadband service for this long, it will put most of us to shame for complaining about slow speed and errored seconds and so on.

It's coming to that time of year when the metallic pathway has been expanded to it's limit over the warmer summer period from now on to December/January the metallic pathway will contract this always puts stress on a possible HR fault.
