Weird Vendor ID on Remote End
«

Morning,
I reconnected yesterday morning after SNR dropped to zero, now the vendor ID on the far end is all 000000,
Anyone seen this, or faulty card in the DSLAM

Isn't the ATU-R the customer end?

Yes - sorry my mistake, should really wake up properly before reading these things.
I've upgrade the firmware on my DrayTek this morning, and restarted it - and all seems back to normal - maybe it had enough of the heat yesterday :-)
Now wait to see if SNR drops again .
Thanks
