I imagine this won't be released in the areas that are still waiting for their CCAP upgrade just yet until they have been.

Upstream wise they are fine. Even the geriatric networks are running with 3 x 64QAM bonded channels now.

Outside of the areas that have had delayed CCAP upgrade capacity is fine for the most part.
