MungO here..
« on: March 09, 2017, 10:05:54 PM »

Absolute noob to all this networking business, been lurking on here for a while picking up knowledge from all over the place.

I live in Rotherhithe which is in the London Borough of Southwark and although i'm within half a mile of Canary Wharf, 3 miles from the City and 4 from the West End, we live in a total 'not-spot' when it comes to broadband.

Here's our story as a local community - http://broadbandse16.co.uk/

OpenReach doesn't want to entertain us, Hyperoptic only go for the big wins (Tower blocks and Apartments), Virgin don't answer our calls.. Even Relish have been refused an antenna.

Things are looking up though. I'll carry on if anyone is listening.

I also have an unhealthy passion for Leyton Orient which takes up far too much time and money that would be better spent on the wife and kids.

Hi MungO

Welcome!

Sorry about your broadband issues, lots of help here on that kind of thing.  Nothing we can do about Leyton Orient here though, sorry, the boys need to kick it up a notch or two - hope they do

I don't think the big man himself could help Orient this season..

Hello! :)

Your board name brings back memories of watching children's TV in the 70s. How are Mary and Midge getting on? :silly: Does any one remember this?
