Calculating AC Balance/CMRR

If I was to manually calculate the CMRR/AC balance of a line what parameters would I need to have access to, and what equation(s) would I use?

If you are talking about a working circuit, you'll never be able to achieve this I'm afraid ..... as the test requires the line to be 'open circuit' at the Exchange .... this can either be performed manually by removing the fuses on the main-frame, or 99.9% of the time by using a RUE (Remote Unit Emulation) which allows us to remotely disconnect the pair of wires at the Exchange.
