Graph info wanted.
« on: January 18, 2017, 06:30:24 PM »

On the speed graph you can see the variation in 'Max obtainable upstream' (green) could that be linked to this HR joint I have on my line. ?.
I am trying to get BT who we have the phone line with to send out BTOR to check the line, they did a CU test today and of-course they could not see any faults.

The variation in the 'Max obtainable upstream' of the Connection Speed plot is intimately connected with the variation in the upstream of the SNRM plot.

One or more defective joints -- either HR and/or semi-conductive -- would be the likely cause of the above.

Thank you, I am just getting more evidence to show BTOR if or when they come.
