That's impossible to tell, apart from trial and error. But cordless phone extensions normally have their own chargers, so I guess I'm not fully understanding your setup.

What I have is some kind of receiver with the antenna which is connected to NTE5. The phone with the charger is downstairs as my parents use it sometimes. I do not want it ringing in my room :P
