Broadband Ordering Woes :(

Ever since leaving the congestion slammed Virgin Media and opting for DSL based services, I've consistently had issues placing orders for connections.

No order has ever been confirmed straight away without some sort of "sorry there's a problem please contact us"

This has happened 3 times to me now, so frustrating that the operators and openreach/bt wholesale can't seem to communicate properly with each other.

My latest issue is with Sky, I've placed my order for their Sky Fibre Max to be activated on an existing line on the 7th Nov, however they're saying...

"There’s a delay with your Sky Talk order which we’re working hard to fix. If your installation or activation dates are affected, we'll let you know."

It no big deal but don't see why I keep having these issues...
