No big thing as such, but just I would note that the best information about this outage (providing access to the BT OR incident report) was from Zen Internet.
I am with BT - the phone number checker gave a broad indication ("yes there might be a problem") but said that the incident started at 13:27 and was resolved at 13:27 (it wasn't - this seems to be referring to a duplicate incident report).
The checker provide by Blacksheep at the the top of this forum didn't show any problems, but that is I believe for major outages. We are very minor in Stone!
So as I said no big deal, just interesting that Zen ISP release detailed incident reports but BT retail don't - I think.
