G.INP is active on your connection.
There is always a low level of interleaving when G.INP is active.
However, it is also active on the upstream side which is fairly rare.
This indicates that your upstream needs more protection than most connections.
It doesn't appear to be a problem though as your upstream sync speed is 20 Mbps, with plenty of spare SNRM.
