Rainlendar
« on: January 19, 2016, 10:46:37 AM »

I'm using a programme called Rainlendar to remind me of upcoming events, unfortunately it is now parked in the centre of my screen and refuses to be moved to the side where I used to park it.

My os is windows 10, but I think this problem dates from just before I installed Win10, but I cannot be sure.
I'd like to move it to the side of the monitor screen, can anyone advise me please?

The calendar with win 10 also puts up reminders but so far only one day before the event, while Rainlendar offers many more options.

Regards,

Peter

Possible, not so quick & nasty solution.

As the Program is not working as it once did.

Backup your data from the Program.
De-install Rainlendar.
Re-boot PC
Re-install latest version of Rainlendar
Restore Data from Backup.

Check if Rainlendar works as expected.
If not contact the developer.

Q: Is Rainlendar supposed to be able to run under Win10 ?

FWIW I installed v2.12 some time ago under Win 7 and it seems to work just the same under Win 10

Success!  I think :(  It took several attempts, i.e. Downloading and then uninstalling it because it would not work, but now it appears to be behaving it'self.

All I have to do now is re-enter all the birthdays etc;

Many thanks gents.
