Does any one know any idea how to unlock BT's ROuter 2wire with dual SSID so it can be used on different network rather than BT.?
and also to boost the wireless signal from 1 (default) to 4.
there are some ways for perivous models but still i can not find any solution for this one.

Yes, that is the best guide. Just be careful you use the DNS method and do NOT flash it with special firmware as this turns the dual SSID versions into useless bricks, but the correct DNS method is described in the above link, 'setting up the 2700HGV section.
