In reply #9 of this thread I did update my comments to say that it is possible that Thunderbird will continue perhaps as a community supported product and as renloup points out this is basically what that referred to article says. Although right now nothing is finalised. So my thoughts are that it still could be that Tbird eventually dies but it may not and I for one hope it does not as it is as it stands an excellent program. Time will tell....
