New Sky Q Hub

Just saw this, looks like a big improvement over the current hub  :D

Does look interesting - however I'm sure our Amateur radio fans won't be too pleased how it has built in Powerline tech :-\

SkyQ as a service is very clever - but as usual will likely be extra monthly and some cash up front for equipment.

So looks like proprietary adapters.  No idea how much they will charge for those.   
Wonder if you can turn it off and wondering if it could cause problems with any other powerline devices.

SkyQ I believe can work out very expensive to upgrade.


Re the chipset - not sure it makes much difference, as usual the box will be locked down and until someone decides to open the box I doubt we will know. :/
