I'm trying to extract this Win10 .iso file on to a hard drive or dvd. Then I noticed I don't have an .iso program on this computer.

What do people use? Is there a good free program out there?

If it's an ISO9660 file, then you should be able to use a DVD writing program to write it to a DVD as an image

This will reconstruct the hierarchy of directories and files.

Windows:
If you want to simply read the contents of the .iso use something like 7z http://www.7-zip.org/ which will read .iso's just like any other archive file (.zip, .rar, etc)
(You can extract the contents if you want as well)

To extract to a Bootable USB drive for easier use look at Rufus http://rufus.akeo.ie
Also look at http://www.rmprepusb.com/

If you install Daemon Tools Lite (Ver 4.49.xxxx or less)
You can mount .iso very easily via a nice GUI and access them as you would a CD or DVD drive.

Dray,

Even that type of image file (*.esd) can be 'decoded' and saved as an .iso.

Try looking here http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/59082-Windows-10-ESDs-Repository
