Has anyone here come across files with .owl extensions? I need to open a one-off file and can find nothing that works without paying. Any ideas of suitable app or a workround?

Editplus seems to open most files in my experience.

Isn't it XML? Internet Explorer should open that.

Looking at the file associations on my system, .owl files are handled (first) by an RSS news feed reader, but text editors, browsers and word processors are all there in the list.

Actually both of the previous suggestions worked, so now I do know what it contained. As said it was some type of ?ml file. In the end it was not much use to me.
FWIW, the file was within part of an online page/file of a court decision to place a company in to compulsory liquidation, and I wanted a "nose".
Oh that curiosity!
