Well, he is having email trouble

emails stop sending every now and again - normally when really important ones are trying to be sent!!!
As I mentioned earlier he sends from the organisation's ISP (PN account) but from his own computer and home #. Could that be a water muddying factor; me no know as have never sent mails in such circs.
