btw did anyone watch the recent programs on Quantum Physics.   Some of that blew my mind.  I watched parts of the first program twice trying to get my head around it  ???  Fascinating stuff though.   Its probably still available on iplayer.

Yes, I watched them, reminded me to finish reading "The Quantum Universe" . Some of the content was fairly familiar other bits were new to me, I suppose since the Open University no longer broadcast course material on the BBC it's the best science output we're likely to get.

Which is a shame really.    There are an awful lot of good documentaries narrated/presented by the likes of Brian Cox whose enthusiasm of science can rub off on others... and may inspire a few to dig deeper into a subject.

Used to watch it every year. One of my faves was I think the Cosmic onion with Prof Frank Close
