Google Maps Black Page / Screen.

I use Google Maps Street View a lot for finding my way around unfamiliar places but the latest version is slow has a issue with Black screens etc., I use 'Linux and Firefox' but it seems to happen with other set ups.

After do some research I find the best way is to go back to Google Maps Classic View by clicking on the ' ? ' in the bottom right hand corner of the new map and clicking 'Classic View'.

I just tried this in Linux and Firefox and it works for me without having to change anything. Could you have an extension which is causing a problem perhaps? Admittedly it is not blisteringly fast but it does work for me.

Well I tried lots of things also seems like a lot of people having same issues, sometimes it works then it would stop.
Classic view for me.

I'll watch out if I have any problems, so far its been OK but I dont use it a lot.

Classic view for me too.

The main problem AFAIC with the new one is the confusing appearance when plotting a route.
