For the past two years BlackSheep has made countless posts helping members of this forum with faults queries and his knowledge of the BT system.
I also know that during this period he has also spend many hours in PMs providing more detailed information to assist visitors to this site.  He has been able to provide information from 'the other side' and Im sure most will agree he is an asset to this forum and has made many, many informative posts.

We therefore feel that it is appropriate that he is awarded the 'Helpful' tag.

On behalf of all the people that you have helped and for all the knowledge that you have shared with us - Thank you  :clap2:

As all Kitizens know, this great site is never a one-way street ......... I've taken away more knowledge than I've tried to provide. However, I now have a good excuse to crack open a bottle of vino. Cheers.  :-[ ;D ;D

In my early days on here you gave me enough background information & advice to fuel my obsession for connection stats.

If all BTOR's engineers were a bit more like you, it might have only taken 1 or 2 visits to track down my iline fault & fix it.
I'm sure it would have taken far less than 11 months to fix & far fewer pages in my original 'epic' forum thread.
