A loooooong shot but it seems the BDCMs can choose between either inner/outer pair when they try and synch. Might be worth toggling that option via the CLI? Or even the GUI if it's in there?

burakkucat kindly explained what it meant here:

Assuming synch is still the problem, that is :)

Finally got it sorted I think the fact I threatened the hg612 with a hammer was the decisive moment in all this. Got it working in partnership with my Rt-n66u the wireless range is greatly improved and so far I haven't experienced any loss of sky fibre service or WiFi but I have a couple of further questions if there's anyone can help and I apologise if I'm in the forum to ask but it is related. 1 The SR102 was giving me 15-16MB/s but I'm only getting 9-10MB/s with the hg612 and rt-n66 is it possible to increase the settings to make an improvement.
2 Does anyone know if and how I can connect to sky's on demand service with the rt-n66 on the sky service network menu I've got a connection to broadband router but the connection to On Demand has fail.
