Connecting A TV To A  Laptop Via A DLNA WiFi HDMI TV Dongle .

Has anyone done this ?
I was trying to find out if it's possible to connect a Linux Laptop when I found these devices (others are available  ;) ).

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wireless-iPush-Mobile-Media-Share-Mediashare-DLNA-WiFi-HDMI-Airplay-TV-Dongle-UK-/321326810281?_trksid=p2054897.l4275

Interesting if anyone has any tips on this subject.  :)

I am trying to connect to a  Hitachi L32HP03U TV with HDMI,USB,VGA, Scart etc.inputs, bought 28.11.2009

It would appear possible, subject to you running a DLNA server on your laptop that the receiver understands.

As BE says, I'd expect it to be possible.

However, I'd have limited expectations of the ability of WiFi to work reliably with the kind of data rates that are necessary (IMHO) to make high definition TV worthwhile...
