I have this folder in C: "935069f33f74838fb78c4500 " what might it be?

Is it directly in the root of C?


A number like that is sometimes used for user profile data, but under the user and program name... Ie mail clients.


Some progs do sometimes dump a temp file like this at the too.  Such as some virus removal tools.
Have you checked the folder properties to find how big it is and any date of creation info.

At a guess it's a windows update temporary folder. They're a right pain in the watsit to get rid of.
