Not a serious one this just a bit annoying.
I keeping getting a 'Google Settings' App on my Samsung GT-S5830 mobile phone, I haven't downloaded it or requested it and the damned thing keeps coming back whenever I delete it.

I've no idea what it's for or what it does either.

Thank you Kitz, now maybe Google will issue instructions to remove it completely, it's my phone and I do not like clutter!
