Gentlefolk,
I expect that you will all be underwhelmed by the dynamic approach that is being taken to react to their Lordships comprehensive, and quite expensive (for the taxpayers') report.
One is led to question whether anyone involved has absorbed even trivial points such as "Providing 2 Mbps asymmetric broadband is like providing a Morse Key" (Peter Cochrane)
