I'm trying to coonect a Streaming device to my pc using Bluetooth, but when I do I get this message.
'An unexpected error occured. Please contact your system administrator.' I thought I was the.
Also under 'status' it says 'Disconnected, firewalled.'
I checked the Bluetooth dongle on my wife's laptop and it appears to be ok.
Can anyone offer a solution to my problem please?
