Subject: Broadband Network Outage

We have been made aware of a problem a 19:50pm this evening which affected many 21CN lines.

This will affect customers across the UK and is not confined to a particular area of the country.

Our suppliers are currently investigating this issue and will be providing us further updates as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

It feels rather strange to say this, but there have been no issues here tonight

PlusNet now report at 12:49 that the outage has been resolved.
