ive started noticing more problems with my line, on evenings noise increases to the point that SRA and Bit-Swapping lose as much as 1Mb sync rate deduction.. also my Upstream Line Attenuation is fluctuating again...it started doing it just now and again between resyncs..but now it does it more often than not between resyncs, its supposed to be 15.3db , but ive seen it as low as 7db and anywhere between 7-15

no news yet from rep at sky... I think they just hoping i will forget about it

@ BA - haha that goes without saying!!! I will gather my evidence from other customers houses first - the letter is already two pages long, I think now I could increase that too three after my new findings...

the noise is back..its always around 9pm it starts... i can see it in DMT Tool on the SNRM graph eating into the tones...where I had smooth contours I now have jagged edges
