bug in routerstats?
« on: April 23, 2012, 02:05:18 PM »

I have been playing about with Router Stats - I notice that when I set the plot time to 2 seconds or 1 second it keeps showing the noise margin and sync speed dipping to zero?

is this a bug?

It's probably to do with your router. With some routers, RS occasionally fails to get a sample and reports zero values when the router is busy processing something else. If you reduce the time between samples, this will happen more often.

ahh right I see... it works with 3 and and above - just worried on 5 or more it will miss any sudden spikes as thats what I have been having bother with

thanks for that :)
