As said and migrating away 13 months on, i have MAC ready. 40/2 service with contention.

Around 350 yards from cab.

The customer service 24/7 has greatly improved more in line with other decent ISP.
Email or phone up, problems are sorted straight away. They even follow up weeks after seeing if everything ok. By this time i expect BT just to acknowledge receipt or given run around considering i cannot afford to be without a connection.

Theres only two ISP on my list, BT and ADSL24 swings and roundabouts. BT extortionate line and calls can be offset against Infinity2, i can ignore previous under hand tactics and exploits as Phorm. I have been given a technical support number, if no joy its back to ADSL24.
