Subject: Broadband connectivity issues (69256) - NEW
We've become aware of an issue causing authentication errors when trying to connect to the Internet.
This seems to be mainly affecting those in the North Wales area and is causing authentication (username/password) errors when trying to connect.
We're currently working with our suppliers to identify the cause of this issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
