hmmm I have a tabby that "almost" has those characteristics. - Well he carries "teddies" around - he pinches my soft toy collection and carries them around the house in his mouth.

Seriously though, I agree - some of the breeding has gone a bit crazy. I know several years ago when I was wanting a "blue persian", I dismissed several out of hand immediately because I really dont like the "ultras" and Im not sure why they have been bred to be so pug faced.
I ended up with chas - who picked me - rather than the blues that I'd originally gone to look at.
At least the chinchilla persians have a "pretty face".
or am I just biased?
