Title: COM surrogate

Hello All,I have suddenly started to get this error message

COM surrogate ..can anyone tell me what it is and what it means.

I have never heard of it before..thanks Bully4me..

Do you have installed a Nero disc burning prog.

If so, this is a well known glitch in Vista...........easily fixed, but it is a long winded explanation, so won't post it unless you do have Nero.. :D

Thank you Old fogy and the two others who answered my
post about surrogate..I did what old fogy suggested and
it seems to have done the trick.thanks again ,Bully4me..
