b*cat awakes from his slumber and notes that this year seems to have passed rather quickly.

Happy New Year.

Our son in law was amused to receive a copy of https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tell-Your-Plotting-Kill-Oatmeal-ebook/dp/B009CGYO0K as a stocking filler from us.

And what good fun we had!

haha, I forgot you were a member here Conor :D

By way of explanation for others: The game box said something like 'Takes 2 mins to learn the game', but none of us could be bothered to spend the required half an hour reading the instructions... so we kind of made it up as went along and occasionally referring to the instructions when we didnt have a clue what else to do.
Result we played it totally wrong..  but I really am still laughing here recalling our bodged version.   You're supposed to never run out of cards from the draw pile, but we did and were soon swapping TacocaT cards and making pair cards.  One of those hilarious at the time moments.

No kittens were harmed... and if anything poor MrsC came off worst and had to resort to Piriton :/

Yeah I am on here though don't post often enough!

I think the fact we played our own version and kept referring to instructions ended up in possibly playing as close to the rules as we could!
