The link to Huawei MA5603T - Broadcom chipset gives a 404 error

Ah, that link is to the Huawei web-site (as is the next link) and the (Huawei) pages have subsequently been changed since Kitz wrote the "fttc-cabinets" page.

Thank you for reporting the breakage, it will be dealt with in due course.  :)

Looks like Huawei are no longer maintaining those pages and have pulled them.  As has ECI.

I was about to remove them all, but then had a much better idea.    If I had destroyed the link urls,  I wouldn't have been able to track back on wayback machine :)
