Having just started using a laptop on Win 10 with a full HD Screen I have noticed that the default font on the stats screen doesn't come out too well as shown on the attached screen cap
Is there a method of changing the default font

In the Windows version the font used on the Stats page and some other text pages is Courier New. I chose this years ago as the only monospace font which I could be certain would be available on all systems (right back to Windows 2000). It's an ugly font, and certainly needs updating. I'll see what I can do.
