A malicious caller to EE managed to report Mrs Weaver’s mobile phone stolen, so now they have blocked it and she has to wait for a new SIM to arrive. God only knows why they don't just clear the flag in their database. Absolutely no security at all at EE’s end, just believed some random scumbag without any verification. Good job. Janet has now made EE always ask for a password.
