Title: Whitehall needs better class occupants

 At least of the feline variety (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/08/01/larry-loses-collar-in-most-brutal-fight-yet-with-palmerston/). Are there any kittens around, fit for training?
Terms of service include half mouse a month after 10 human (70 feline) years service.

Also required is a senior puss with authority e.g ones of the Moggie Thatcher basket.
