Title: Zen Internet: Massive Congestion Issues

Large amounts of congestion affecting available EU bandwidth and latency.

Started on Wednesday (13/07/16) and is still occurring as of today (16/07/16)

sadly it does appear zen's best days are behind them, they have had on and off issues been reported on TBB for months related to performance.

Well at least they aren't denying and ignoring it (like various other ISP's have done before today) ...

Issue appears to have only affected Manchester and London MSILs, and otherwise appears to have been resolved over night.
