Title: Samsung Note 3 WTF

Hi I can't put a PIN on the lock screen all I can out on it is a password everything else is greyed out and says "disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage." I have tried a factory reset and clearing the cache nothing is working  :(

Googling turns up loads various posts so worth having a good google.
